Great to know sweet home 3d works with java3d 170 under gnu linux :-) when users find a bug, i generally request them to find a way to reproduce it, and if a stack trace can help, i ask them to run the program with java web start i felt that was enough during the past years. Sweet home 3d rendering error. Wow! i had version sweet home 3d 42, on a win 7 pc and it worked perfectly until today i updated java to the latest version--version 7, update 51 and sweet home 3d to 43 and now only three of my 10 plans appear, but the 3d page view still works perfectly.
sweet home 3d rendering error
It could be also an issue with the old java 3d library used by sweet home 3d, but i'm reluctant to use a newer version because it still have issues in a windows system used with parallels desktop where i test sweet home 3d most of the time as suggested in the faq i updated recently, if you use a 64 bit system, try to install a jre 32 bit available here (installer noted x86), then click on. It looks like i found a solution: on my hp clients with windows 10 x64 i installed sweet home 3d with the following options: /os.arch=x86 will force the installation of the 32 bit version of sweet home 3d under windows 64 bit /j3d.version=1.5.2 will force the installation of java 3d 1.5.2 (default java 3d version until windows 7). I have the same error, the previous version worked 100%, after i upgraded i can no longer open the old files, the walls look just like lines and other errors. if it worked in the previous version it can not be problem with the 3d drivers of video card.
